Welcome to the Association of Indigenous Pioneers Incorporated!

Yá'át'ééh! My name is Brandon Lester. I am from White Cone Arizona, a small community on the Navajo Reservation. Ádóone'é nishlínígíí éí: Naasht'ézhí Dine'é Táchii'nii nishlí, Nát'oh Dine'é Táchii'nii báshíshchíín, Kiiyaa'aanii dashicheii, Ashiihi da'shi'nálí. Ákót'éego éí tsílkééh nishlí. I was raised by my Grandparents who taught me the values of family, respect & tradition.

I am the co-founder of the Association of Indigenous Pioneers Incorporated (AIPI). My mother, the late Juanita A. Williams who was also from White Cone, was my business partner and founder of this organization. She was a business owner since 2008 providing services locally and statewide to individuals whom need In-Home Care or a friendly ride to a behavioral health or medical appointment. We became partners in April 2016 because we both had a vision to service our people in need and to educate our communities on the importance of service and elder health.

Our services also extend out to individuals whom want to become a certified caregiver with-in our Direct Care Worker Training & Testing Program. An Approved DCW Training & Testing Program located at our office in Dilkon, AZ right next to Bashas’.
