Since 2016, the Association of Indigenous Pioneers Inc. has provided home care services to communities throughout the Navajo Nation. Our organization grew from our experience as Direct Care Workers beginning in 2008, when we recognized the need for more Navajo-owned home care companies with local offices and staff who understand and honor Navajo traditions and culture.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality services while fostering inspiration, innovation, and positive change. The Association of Indigenous Pioneers Incorporated is committed to excellence, respect, and integrity in every aspect of our work. We strive to uphold the highest ethical standards in our relationships with our providers, members, and the broader community, building meaningful connections grounded in trust and mutual respect.
