"Your Home, Your Health, Your Care."
We provide compassionate, one-on-one care for individuals who need assistance with daily activities while remaining comfortably in their own homes. Our dedicated Direct Care Workers are trained, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality support tailored to each person’s needs. Many of our valued members are elders who have a lifetime of knowledge, experience, and wisdom to share. By caring for and learning from them, we strengthen our entire community. We encourage our staff and community members to spend time with our elders, listen to their stories, and appreciate the many ways their guidance enriches our lives.
The Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS, pronounced ALL-Tecs) is health insurance for people with age-related, physical, or intellectual/developmental disabilities who need nursing-facility-level care. Care can be given in a facility, at home, or in the community.
